Candle Care

  • Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn.
  • The first burn is the most important. Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface, right to the edges of the container, to help prevent tunnelling. The time this takes will vary depending on the size of your candle.
  • Always keep the pool of wax free of wick trimmings and any debris.
  • Always burn your candle on a safe flat surface, keep it out of draughts and never leave it unattended.
  • Rather than blowing it out to prevent an excess of smoke, use a candle snuffer.

Wax Melts Care

  • Place your wax melt in a wax burner.
  • Never add water.
  • Place your burner in a stable position away from draughts and flammable objects.
  • Do not leave your burner on for more than 3 hours at a time.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Never leave a burner unattended.
  • Put it out before leaving the room.
  • You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded.
  • Once faded, remove wax residue and add a new wax melt.

Reed Diffuser Care

The amber bottle reed diffusers hold 150ml and the alchemist edit reed diffusers hold 100ml.

  • For a subtle scent use 3–4 sticks and turn reeds weekly.
  • For a stronger scent use 6–8 sticks and remember to turn often.
  • Flammable liquid - do not light the reeds.
  • Oil is not intended for body application and must not be ingested.
  • Use gloves when handling used reeds.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Exercise caution if you suffer with perfume sensitivities.
  • Place the diffuser on an appropriate, level surface — spillage may cause damage to some surfaces (leather/plastic/painted/polished).
